He works directly with the crew, subcontractors, developer, decorator, landscaper, architect, and owner to bring their talents and ideas together into a precisely executed dwelling. David has built more than 100 homes in all areas of Santa Fe over the last 30 years. His expertise spans contemporary and traditional architecture and all types of construction including frame, adobe, cst concrete, ICF, and others.
